Babies Can't Handle Heroin

This is not the first article like this I have re-posted.

I personally understand how devastating and dreadful heroin addiction can be. As society, however, we cannot tolerate babies overdosing on their parents' heroin.

I don't know what the answer is but overdoses among the tiny are becoming more common.

Fortunately Dad walked in, noticed the baby wasn't breathing, and called 911. A death, but not a tragedy, averted.
